How Egg Effects High Blood Pressure?
There's hardly much that raw eggs can do to lower blood pressure. It's not particularly impacted by it. In a way, though,
that's a good thing since it means that no one will consume them in an effort to reduce blood
pressure. Ultimately, it is not recommended to consume raw eggs as they can also cause
severe illness. Thus, whereas eggs do very nothing when raw, they can actually reduce blood pressure when cooked. High in
proteins, eggs have been shown to help certain people's blood pressure. These proteins in eggs
help decrease blood pressure, yet it doesn't always work to treat those with high blood pressure.
